Application areas
Semiconductors
In semiconductor manufacturing, valuable metals are recovered from corrosive process wastewater — this calls for a process that runs reliably and without interruption.
Your advantages
Material recovery
Reliable filter press feeding for recovering high-value metals from wastewater.
Corrosion-resistant
Wetted parts made of chemically resistant plastic for corrosive process media.
Built for continuous duty
Designed for reliable, uninterrupted operation as part of a demanding process.
The process matters more than the pump
In the recovery of precious metals such as gold or platinum, it is not the individual component that is decisive but the reliability of the entire process. A pump that fails or conveys irregularly jeopardizes the economics of material recovery.
The hermetically sealed design without a dynamic shaft seal and the dry-run safe layout ensure stable, low-maintenance continuous operation — the basis for a robust process.
Filter press and transfer combined
The Model FP feeds the filter press and reliably handles the rising back pressure until the end of the pressing cycle. With a closed discharge line, the pump protects itself.
For unloading containers and for the in-house transfer of corrosive media, the Model TP is available. In larger plants, several pumps are often used in parallel.
Frequently asked questions
Can the recovery of precious metals be supported?
Yes. Reliable filter press feeding concentrates metal-bearing sludges so that valuable metals can be recovered from the wastewater.
What about corrosion resistance?
The wetted parts are made of chemically resistant plastic. We match the specific material selection to your media on an application basis.
Are larger plants with several pumps possible?
Yes. For larger volumes, several pumps can be used — send us your process data for a suitable layout.
